Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
